I spent seven years in the coffee world, starting behind the bar and eventually helping open and run a café from the ground up. I’ve lived the long days, the last-minute schedule changes, the hiring rounds, the never-quite-finished to-do lists. And I’ve felt the joy, the pressure, and the deep responsibility of building something that matters.
